
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh Arugula, chopped
8 ounce jar artichoke hearts, chopped
6 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Microwave cream cheese until softened. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer mix into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crusty bread.
