Lemon infused olive oil
Toasted unsalted sunflower seeds
fresh peas and/or tendril pea shoots
salt and pepper
Rinse and towel dry or salad spinner greens. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil. Throw in a handful of sunflower seeds, peas and/or shoots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and enjoy!
