Marcia Reed's Garden Salad

SALAD FOR PRESIDENT

INGREDIENTS

Salad:

• 4 cups lettuce or curly chicory

• 2 cups watercress, sorrel, or spinach

• 1 cup parsley, savory, mint, or tarragon

• 1 cup nasturtium, rose petals, or other edible flower

• 1 small cucumber

• 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered length-wise

• 1 lemon

Dressing:

• 1 tsp sugar

• 2 tbs bragg's apple cider vinegar

• 6 tbs olive oil

• Salt
