SALAD FOR PRESIDENT

INGREDIENTS
Salad:
4 cups lettuce or curly chicory
2 cups watercress, sorrel, or spinach
1 cup parsley, savory, mint, or tarragon
1 cup nasturtium, rose petals, or other edible flower
1 small cucumber
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered length-wise
1 lemon
Dressing:
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs bragg's apple cider vinegar
6 tbs olive oil
Salt
